As we brave and battle one of the worst crises India has seen in recent times, we hope you and your family are keeping safe, practising proper sanitization and getting vaccinated as soon as you can avail them. As a young start-up, it has not been easy for us to begin our journey in the middle of the pandemic and we hope that we have met your expectations with our service. We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to you for your continued support in encouraging and guiding us with your valuable feedback.
Now that we find ourselves in the middle of the deadly second wave, we are focusing all our resources and prioritizing the safety and health of our employees, delivery partners and customers alike. As a result, you may experience delayed deliveries, as we adhere to all Government protocols and lockdown restrictions and still enable and stabilize effective deliveries.
As a co-founder, I sincerely request your patience and would like you to know that we, as a team, are doing everything possible so that you have a hassle-free experience with us.
We are taking the following steps in our fight against Covid-19:
- Covering for the vaccination cost for all employees and their families, including interns.
- Extending our support to Project O2 through our Leafy Island Mission O2 fundraising campaign that will be used to procure Oxygen concentrators, to help India battle the ailing supply. We would request your support to donate to the cause to help the country overcome the pandemic.
